Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, many items sold by Juniper Hollow Apothecary are considered final sale for hygiene and safety reasons.

This includes:

• Goat milk soaps
• Bath soaks
• Body butters
• Lip balms
• Other personal care items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

If your order arrives:

• damaged
• incorrect
• or missing items

please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will do our best to make it right.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

• A replacement product
• Store credit
• An exchange for unopened items when applicable

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by us.

Because all products are handcrafted in small batches, slight variations in color, texture, and appearance are normal and part of what makes each item unique.
